Career Business Model Canvas (CBMC)

Based on the world famous business model canvas in combination with the double diamond. For this the open source framework is used to enable your career development:

• Map your collaboration partners, your key activities, key resources, the value proposition, your relationships to employers, channels on you deliver the services and the key segments (Key Analysis) that you provide services for, your current costs and your revenue streams.
• Map your as-is situation.
• Map at least three scenarios (To-Be states) using the Career Business Model Canvas. Engage with key stakeholders in your network to clarify the information.
